Yes! We can customize your on-site review thank you page to display different content based on the number of stars in a customer's review. Setting different thank you pages for good and bad reviews is a great way to:
- Encourage happy customers to leave you another positive review on an external website, such as Houzz, Angie's List, or Facebook.
- Make unhappy customers feel valued and heard by collecting their feedback and asking how you could improve.
To set different thank you pages based on the number of stars or to change the message that appears on your review thank you page, please contact your Spectrum Client Manager directly or fill out a help ticket at this link.
Different Thank You Pages for Good vs. Bad Reviews
What happens if you choose to display different thank you pages as described above?
A happy customer (4 or 5 stars) would receive a thank you page like the one below, pointing them to review you on a third-party website of your choice. The example below shows Facebook, but we can customize which external review site appears here.
A less happy customer (3 stars or less) would be taken to a thank you page like the one below, asking for their feedback.
Remember that you get to decide which reviews are published on your website. Whether you display different thank you pages or not, you can choose whether to publish a review or archive the review instead.
Did you know? In addition to showing different thank you pages for different reviews, you can also send different automated emails depending on how many stars the customer has rated you!
