Even after your Spectrum website has launched, you and your staff can continue to make updates at any time. Select updates may require assistance from your Client Manager, but many content additions and changes can be made directly through the LISA platform.
This article explains where and how you can edit your site, including offers, website alerts, media galleries, and more.
Not all users will be able to view all of the sections below, as the screenshots are based on the role of Administrator. Other roles are more restricted, and the views will be slightly different. Learn more about all of the LISA platform user roles here.

Where to Go to Edit Your Website
The most common updates you'll make to your website will be found under the Site Content tab within the left-hand toolbar. Of course, not every single possible website edit or addition will be found here, but it's a great starting point for understanding the huge amount of functionality available through the LISA platform.
Clicking Site Content will expand the menu selection, as shown below.
While this article focuses on the Site Content tab, this is not the only way you can edit existing content or add content to your website. To learn more about editing your site in other ways, check out these resources:

Below, we'll look at the features under Site Content one by one, starting at the top of the list.
Site Content > Offers
The Offers page is where you'll manage all of the offers that appear on your website. Common offers include:
- Limited-time discounts
- Military discounts
- Seasonal sales
- Referral bonuses
When you click Offers from the left-hand toolbar, you'll be brought to the main Offers page, which looks like this (though yours may have fewer offers listed than our example below, especially if you're just getting started with your Spectrum site).
From the Offers page, you can ad new offers, delete offers, activate or inactivate offers, and arrange the placement of offers on your home page.
Additionally, every offer can be clicked into for much finer editing and tweaking. As shown on the Edit Offer page below, you can change the page layout, the images, the headline and body copy, and more.

Site Content > Website Alert
The website alert feature is a simple way to update the messaging that appears at the very top of your website. This small banner is most often used for:
- Emergency announcements
- Public health measures
- Unexpected schedule changes
- Upcoming product/service delays
- Other critical and time-sensitive information
The Info Alert page is straightforward and allows you to change the text and background color of the bar.

Site Content > Exit Intent
The Exit Intent page allows you to customize an "exit intent" module, featuring either an offer or a downloadable resource. Even if you've never heard the phrase "exit intent," you've definitely seen these around! They are pop-up boxes that appear any time you move your mouse toward the URL bar, as if to leave the current page.
Common uses for exit intent modules include:
- Advertising special sales
- Highlighting new products or services
- Announcing important news or updates
- Offering a downloadable PDF, such as a moving guide or remodeling checklist
Clicking into the Exit Intent section will bring up this page, allowing you to customize your module and preview it in real-time. You can even create multiple exit intents and choose which one is active.

Site Content > Careers
The Careers and Careers Application pages relate to job postings on your website.
Clicking into Careers will open up the Careers page, which displays a list of your current job postings. You can click an individual job posting to edit it, or you can add a completely new job.

Site Content > Media Galleries
The Media Galleries section is where you can create galleries of videos or images to be displayed throughout your site. Most commonly, each gallery is based on a specific theme, so that different galleries can be displayed on different parts of your site.
For example, you might create different galleries that are specific to certain:
- Project types
- Home types
- Service areas
Clicking Media Galleries will show you a list of your current media galleries. You can click into each gallery to edit it, or you can add a new gallery at the top.

Site Content > Video Library
The Video Library section allows you to add embedded videos to your website, either from YouTube or Vimeo. Video libraries are similar to media galleries, but you can only upload one video per library (as opposed to Media Galleries' multiple upload and display).
Clicking into this section will show you a list of your current videos, where you can click to edit an existing video or add a new video.
Other Options: Additional Fields and Change Log
The final two options in the Site Content tab are Additional Fields and Change Log. Here's what these sections help you do:
- Additional Fields: This page has assorted information fields that you can update, which affects different modules across your site. Before making any changes to this page, it's a good diea to learn more about where each of these "additional fields" display. (Link coming soon!)
- Change Log: The Change Log provides a quick overview of your website's changes, including what was done and by whom. If you aren't sure which user made a certain edit to your site, you can go here to find out.
If you aren't sure how to edit your website or what a specific tool does, search the Help Center or contact us for assistance.
