Curious how your team members are performing? It's easy to see all of your employees' individual reviews through the LISA admin. Follow the instructions below.
Note that you'll need to add employees as "team members" before customers will be able to give employee-specific reviews. If you need help, refer to our instructions on collecting reviews for employees.
1. Go to Reputation Manager > Reviews
After logging into your LISA platform, navigate to Reputation Manager > Reviews.
2. Filter by Employee
On the New Reviews page, click into the dropdown menu for "All Employees."
Then choose your preferred employee from the dropdown list.
If you don't see your employee listed here, that means they are not a "team member" (and thus cannot be individually reviewed by customers). Go back to our instructions on collecting reviews for team members.
3. View the Employee's Reviews
As soon as you've chosen an employee from the dropdown menu, the filter will be applied, and you can see all of the employee's reviews in reverse chronological order.
Please note that the filter is by default applied to the current tab you're in. If you do not see any reviews at first, try clicking into a new tab at the top, such as "Published" or "Archived."
From this list, you can click into any individual review to see the details and take further action, including:
Alternate Method: Company Info > Team Members
You can also view a specific team member's reviews by going to Company Info > Team Members.
From the Team Members page, simply click the star rating listed below the individual employee.
This will bring you to a list of published reviews for this specific employee.
