Every time that a customer interacts with your website, the LISA admin tracks all related information—allowing you to quickly find out where a lead came from, what page they converted on, and more.
To view a lead's sourcing information, follow the instructions below.
1. Go to Contact Manager
Go to either the Contacts page (under Contact Manager > Contacts) or the Activity page (under Contact Manager > Activity).
2. Find the Customer
From the Contacts page or the Activity page, find the customer you're interested in. You can use our tips for assistance: searching the Contacts page or searching the Activity page.
Once you have located the customer, click on their name to open their contact details page (shown below).
3. Click an Activity
Each individual activity that a customer completes on your website (for example, filling out a quote form or submitting a review) will come with its own detailed sourcing information. All activities from the same customer are summarized in the Activity Timeline at the top of the page.
From the lead's Activity Timeline, click a specific activity to see sourcing details.
4. View Sourcing Details
Once you have clicked on an activity, scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the complete lead sourcing details for that activity.
