Yes. If you are receiving harassing phone calls or annoying spam emails or if you'd like to prevent a particular person from visiting your website, this is easy to do. We can update your LISA platform settings to block three types of communications:
- Email addresses: Blocked email addresses will not be able to submit lead information from any of your site's sources such as quote forms, offers, and reviews.
- Phone numbers: Blocked numbers will be unable to call any of the tracking numbers associated with your LISA platform.
- IP addresses: Visitors from blocked IP addresses will be unable to view your website.
To add a blocked email address, phone number, or IP address, please contact your Spectrum Client Manager or fill out a support ticket to request assistance.
