If a Facebook lead is missing a phone number in the LISA admin, then this means that the Facebook user input an invalid phone number when completing the form (such as 000-000-0000). Rather than block this lead from entering your LISA admin altogether, we've removed the invalid phone number while providing the rest of the lead's contact information.
The lead's contact information will look like the screenshot below, with a blank space for the "Cell Phone" field.
Because the rest of the lead's contact information has been passed to the LISA admin, you can still reach out to this lead via email by sending a message from Contact Manager > Contacts. Learn how to send a message to a lead here. (Link coming soon!)
