Yes. We can easily change the third-party review site listed in your external review incentive, as shown below. In fact, each market you serve can have a different review site listed, ensuring that you're collecting the most useful/impactful reviews for each service location.
To change the external review sites for one or more review markets, please reach out to your Spectrum Client Manager or submit a support ticket.
