Through the LISA admin, you can establish different types of review incentives, allowing you to choose the best set-up for your company and customers. All of these review incentives can be easily created and managed under Reputation Manager > Review Incentives.

Please note that the review incentives described below are not mutually exclusive. You can choose any combination that suits you—providing incentives for on-site reviews, external/third-party reviews, both, or neither.
Website Incentives for On-Site Reviews
The first type of review incentive (called "website incentives" in the LISA admin) is used to encourage on-site reviews.
As shown above, this type of incentive is displayed at the top of your Reviews page (located at /reviews/) and is visible to any user who visits this page. Through the LISA admin, you can customize each element of your website incentive, including its:
- Disclaimer text
External Incentives for Third-Party Reviews
The second type of review incentive (called "external incentives" in the LISA admin) is used to encourage customers to review your company on a third-party website of your choice.
As shown above, this type of incentive is displayed on your Review Thank You page (located under /review/thank-you/) and is only presented to users after they've submitted an on-site review. Through the LISA admin, you can customize each aspect of this external review incentive, including the:
- Disclaimer text
- External review site link (Google in the example above)
To help ensure that you're only requesting third-party reviews from satisfied customers, you can also choose which reviewers are shown the incentive and which are not. For example, you can choose to present this incentive only to reviewers who have rated you 5 stars.
Incentives Sent by Email
The third type of review incentive you can create is essentially a "hidden" incentive.
Called "use no incentives" in the LISA admin, this type of incentive will not be displayed anywhere on your website. Instead, the "use no incentive" option allows you to establish incentives in the LISA admin so that you can then send them by email to customers—either to advertise the incentive or to provide the incentive code after a review.
The example email below is thanking a customer for submitting a review while also presenting an incentive for an additional third-party review.
