How to Change the Email Template Sent to an Offer Lead

Whenever a website visitor submits an offer form on your website, the LISA platform will send them an automated email to confirm their form submission. If you would like to adjust which customer email template is sent to the offer lead, follow the instructions below.

With these instructions, you can select which customer email template is sent to an offer lead. If you want to edit the customer email templates themselves (e.g. creating a new one or editing the content of an existing one), please refer to these instructions instead.

1. Go to the Offer Dashboard

Navigate to your Offers dashboard under Site Content > Offers

2. Click on the Offer to Edit

From the list, click on the offer that you'd like to edit.

3. Choose a New Customer Email Template

On the Offer Detail page, scroll down to the section for "Form Options."

Click the dropdown menu for Customer Email Template and then choose your preferred email template.

Don't see the email template you want? Please be aware that the customer email templates in the dropdown menu will correspond to the type of form you have selected for this offer: a Quote Form or an Offer Form.

4. Save Your Changes

Once you have selected your preferred customer email template, scroll to the bottom and click "Save" to save your changes.
