Leads from your PSAI apps can flow directly into your LISA admin, where you'll be able to view sourcing details. Learn more below.
Where Are PSAI App Leads Displayed?
You can view leads from PSAI apps in the same place as your other leads: under Contact Manager > Activity.

How Are PSAI App Leads Marked?
Within the Activity page, your PSAI leads will be marked as either a quote activity or a chat activity depending on the channel it originates from:
- PSAI leads will be marked as a quote activity in the LISA admin when they come from a PSAI quote form or Facebook ad.
- PSAI leads will be marked as a chat activity in the LISA admin when they come from the Gia webchat, SMS, Facebook Business Chat, or email.
You can quickly see the type of activity notated in the main Activity list, as shown below: a page icon to represent a quote activity and a chat bubble icon to represent a chat activity.
Once you click into the individual activity, you'll also see the activity type marked at the top of the page.
What Lead Sourcing Information Is Provided?
All PSAI leads will provide the same sourcing information as your other leads. This includes:
- Landing Page
- Converted Page
You will also see a notation of whether the source was organic or from a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign.
I Don't Have PSAI and LISA Connected. How Do I Do This?
In order for your PSAI leads to flow into your LISA admin as described above, you'll need to establish the connection by adding an endpoint to your PSAI apps and/or Ads Manager ads. This is very easy to do and takes no more than a few minutes.
Did you know? You can also flow your leads in the opposite direction—from your LISA platform to PSAI. The benefit of this is that you can take advantage of the Com Portal for email, SMS, instant weather returns, and more!
