LISA and Your CRM: Recommendations for Lead Flow and Sourcing

Once your LISA admin is integrated with your CRM, there are many different ways that we can customize the set-up so that it works in the best way possible for your business. Excluding Leads from Your CRM

With the LISA admin, it's easy to create a lead flow system that works for you. The options run the full spectrum: we can treat every person who interacts with your LISA platform as a lead (and forward them immediately to your CRM), or we can work with you to granularly exclude certain contacts from ever entering your CRM. It's all up to you. 

For example, we can automatically exclude the following contacts from flowing into your CRM:

  • All leads of a certain type (e.g. phone calls or general contact form submissions)
  • All convertors from any specific page(s) on your website
  • Customer service phone calls or other non-lead phone inquiries

Wondering which leads to flow into your CRM and which not to?

In general, we recommend flowing in all leads that are opportunities for an appointment, and excluding all those that are unlikely to lead to an appointment. These might include contacts from current customers, marketers, internal calls, hiring inquiries, etc.

Providing Granular Sourcing for Leads

In addition to excluding particular leads, we can ensure that the leads that do flow into your CRM contain the best sourcing information. We can source your leads as granularly as you'd like and flow that information into your CRM.

This sourcing is even possible for third-party tools outside of the LISA platform, such as print, TV, yard signs, Yelp, etc.
