To keep your entire team on the same page, you can schedule customer appointments directly through the LISA admin. Creating an appointment will allow you to assign a rep, put the appointment on the Calendar and Events pages, and automatically notify the customer and the rep by email.
To create a customer appointment, follow the instructions below.
Please note that you can only set an appointment for a user with the Representative role. Get an overview of the Rep role or learn how to set up a Rep in the LISA admin.
1. Go to the Contacts Tab of Activity Manager
After logging into your LISA platform, go to Activity, then click on the Manage link.
From there, click into the Contacts tab.
2. Find the Contact
On the Contacts page, find the contact you'd like to make an appointment with. You can use the search bar or filters at the top to assist. =
3. Open the Menu and Create Appointment
Once you've located the contact, click the three-dots button to open the action menu. Then click Create Appointment.
4. Fill Out the Appointment Details
Once you've clicked to create the appointment, the appointment-setting pop-up will appear, as shown below.
Most of these fields are self-explanatory, but here are a few tips to help you complete this section.
Status
This dropdown menu allows you to set a more specific status for this appointment if you would like to. If you set a status here, then you'll be able to filter for it within the Contacts tab.
Certain statuses will also allow for even further detail in the "Status Detail" field to the right.
Rep
This dropdown menu allows you to assign the contact to a specific representative. (Need to set up a Rep? Learn how here.)
By doing so, that representative will have access to the customer in their Contact Manager, and the scheduled appointment will appear on the rep's LISA admin dashboard.

Note
The notes field is for internal use only; customers will not see these notes. You can enter any details about the customer, the product, the sales approach, etc.
Send Confirmation Email
The final checkbox allows you to send an automated confirmation email to both the customer and the assigned representative. This is optional but recommended.

4. Set the Appointment
Once you have completed the details above, click Confirm to set the appointment right away.
By clicking this button, the appointment will be immediately scheduled in the LISA admin, and your automated email will be sent (if you checked the confirmation box above).
