If you use the LISA admin to set appointments or to schedule follow ups, then are two spots from which you can view these upcoming events:
- The Events page (under Contact Manager > Events)
- The Calendar page (under Contact Manager > Calendar)
Learn more about each page and their differences below.
Events
The Events page (under Contact Manager > Events) provides a high-level overview of upcoming events, giving you the option to view four monthly calendars at a time or to hide the calendars and simply see the full list.
If you are a LISA Administrator, you'll be able to see all appointments with all Representatives on the Events page. (Learn more about granting Rep access here.)
Filter for Types of Events
In addition to showing and hiding the calendar, you can use the top bar to filter for specific types of events (either appointments or follow-ups) and to set a specific date range.
View Appointment Details
Within the list below the calendar, you can click on any row to open a more detailed view of the appointment or follow up (from that contact's page).
After opening the contact's page, scroll down to view all of the appointment details—including date and time, address, and notes.
Calendar
The Calendar page (under Contact Manager > Calendar) provides a calendar-based view of upcoming appointments and follow ups. It does not provide a list underneath like the Events page does.
Filter by Locations
Whereas the Events page allows you to filter by type of event, the Calendar page allows you to filter calendars based on your office locations. You can select specific calendars to view or view them all.
The calendar uses a color-coding system to help you differentiate between representatives. (You can easily change the color assigned to each rep when you set up rep access.)
View Appointment Details
Similar to the Events page, you can view the details of any appointment shown on the Calendar. Simply click on it.
Then on the individual contact's page, scroll down to view all of the appointment details—including date and time, address, and notes.
